Tassimo T-Disk: Gevalia Espresso Coffee
What does it take to make a memorable cup of espresso?
Start with 55 perfectly roasted coffee beans. That’s seven grams of high-quality coffee blend — only fresh, properly roasted Arabica beans, please.
A perfect fine grind. The grinding process must not add an excessive amount of heat to the beans.
Perfect tamping of the ground beans. Already done in the T Disc.
A clean machine. Left over after flavors detract from the brew. This is one Tassimo feature that always pays off with better tasting espresso because there is never any residue from the prior brew.
Brew at a lower temperature than American coffee (below boiling). The bar codes on the T Disc tell the Tassimo brewer exactly the temperature for a great cup of espresso.
Brew for just the right amount of time. Again, the T Disc bar codes step up.
The right size cup. Espresso cups are smaller to exude the perfect aroma. Leave the foam covering the top for as long as you can. It retains the aromatics and extends the experience.
Memorable espresso is not such a simple process when you start from scratch. Doesn’t that make the Gevalia Espresso T Disc even more of a good thing?
